In The Sky IT was founded in 2019 as a small, one-man, operation providing cloud solutions expertise to Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy's who needed to fill gaps in their talent pools for large and complex Digital Transformation projects.

After spending most of the last 20 years delivering projects for enterprise-scale corporate clients, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted the creative freedom of running my own business. So, In November 2024, inspired by my faith and my friends to make a change in my life, I took the first steps to change In The Sky's business model from Cloud Consultancy for multi-national corporations to a Technical Support provider for the many small businesses in and around Manchester.

In The Sky IT is committed to collaboration with and support of small and micro-business owners who have a the vision and skills to deliver their business's primary service but find technology a barrier to success where it should be an enabler.
